Shipping & Returns

Returns policy
You have the right to return your order, in whole or in part,
without having to justify the return of your order
within 14 days from the date of receipt, in which case it is subject only to
shipping charges for returning the order. In case the
reason for the return of received products is due to an error
on our behalf (the company), we are obliged to cover the costs
for the products, but only if the shipment is made through
our partner General Post.
To be able to return the order, you must send
an email to hello@los-barberos.com with your order, or update
through our social media, and all data related to it,
to identify your person and order. You are obliged
to send the product in the condition in which you received it, which means: The
product has not been opened, the labels have not been removed from the product and
product has not been used.


Order return
In case of product return, regardless of the means
you chose to pay for your order and independently with
the way the product was sent back to us, the payment is refunded
within 14 days from the date we received the products back. In
in case the return is due to an error of the company, Los
Barberos must send shipping to receive the product
without any charge to the customer. In case the mistake is not

The company is obliged to provide the right of replacement to
